All our gourmet empanadas are handcrafted by us in our Brighton shop using high-quality ingredients. Your empanadas will arrive pre-cooked, ready for you to reheat at home. As they are freshly made for you when you place your order, your empanadas can last up to 4 days refrigerated, or you can also freeze them. Empanadas Delivery Information:
We offer guaranteed 24-hour dispatch on orders placed Sunday to Wednesday before 3pm. These orders will be dispatched within 24 hours for next working day delivery.
Orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday through Saturday will be dispatched on Monday (or the next working day if there is a Bank Holiday).
Example:
Order at 2pm on Wednesday: Delivery Friday.
Order at 11am on Friday: Delivery Tuesday (or Wednesday if there is a Bank Holiday).
Order at 6pm Monday: Delivery Thursday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect to receive it on the next working day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, and a delivery notification from the courieron the day of delivery with an approximate time slot .
Important: As our products are fresh and perishable, you must ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage if no one is available to accept delivery, or if the delivery is rescheduled by the customer.
Currently 99% of our orders are delivered on time, however during busier periods and in rare circumstances outside of our control, there may be a delay with the courier which could mean that your order is delivered a day late.

How do I know which empanada is which flavour?
No matter how many empanadas you get, it is very easy to differentiate each flavour - all our empanadas are stamped using edible ink made of avocado seeds, which is flavourless and vegan.
How can I reheat my empanadas?
To reheat your empanadas follow these steps:
1. Preheat oven at 200C - 220C for about 10 minutes.
2. Put your empanadas onto a tray and into the oven. Make sure they don't touch each other.
3. Set the timer for about 8 - 10 minutes.
4. Safely remove and... enjoy!
Have an air fryer? We recommend 8 minutes at 190C.
We do not recommend the use of the microwave to reheat your empanadas.

Can I freeze the empanadas?
Yes! all our empanadas are delivered fresh, which means they haven't been frozen before. Please place them in the freezer as soon as you get them. To cook from frozen, simply place them in the oven, straight from the freezer, for 20 minutes at 220C.
Where are the empanadas made?
Our empanadas are made at our shop located in central Brighton (11 Duke Street, BN1 1AH).
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
*PLEASE NOTE NYE NATIONAL DELIVERY CUT OFF DATE IS TUESDAY 27TH DECEMBER BY 2PM. ALL ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE SHIPPED ON THE 8TH JANUARY*
