Malo Empanadas Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions
To join our Loyalty Club Programme, pick up a physical copy of our Loyalty Club Card in store during your next visit. Your Loyalty Club Card is issued to you but remains the property of Malo Brighton. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged Loyalty Club Cards. If you misplace your Loyalty Club Card, we can provide you with another card, however it will be unstamped.
Your Loyalty Club Card can be used at Malo Brighton (11 Duke Street, Brighton BN1 1AH). Details as to how stamps can be collected and redeemed are below.
- Every time you visit our store, you will earn a stamp. No minimum order required.
- The Loyalty Club Card entitles you to maximum one stamp per day. For example, if you visit our store during the morning, you will earn one stamp. If you return on the evening of the same day, you won’t be able to claim a stamp.
- The Loyalty Club Card entitles you, once it’s completed, to a free empanada of your choice. Empanada fillings subject to availability.
- Once your Loyalty Club Card has been stamped 10 times and the free empanada of your choice has been claimed, the card must be handed back to Malo Brighton and will be destroyed.
- The Loyalty Club Card is personal to you and cannot be transferred to anybody else.
- You must present your Loyalty Club Card at the till to obtain your stamp. If you do not have your Loyalty Club Card on you, it cannot be stamped therefore you forfeit your stamp on this transaction.
- Photocopies of Loyalty Cards will not be accepted and will not be stamped.
The Loyalty Club Programme is only applicable in store and is not valid for purchases made online. Stamps can only be collected and redeemed in store.
Malo Brighton reserves the right to stop issuing Loyalty Club Cards and also terminate the Loyalty Club Programme at any time.
Malo Brighton also reserves the right to make amendments to the Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Club Programme by updating the Terms and Conditions on the website.
